guys. i know i’ve been an awful blogger. but i’ve had the best four days ever working as the press photographer. and i’m beginning to get a lot of credit for the photos i’ve taken. and beginning to doubt if i should pursue photography for real, just not as a hobby i’m really good at. katherine, our british guest teacher from the guardian said that i was a diamond when she saw the portrait i’ve taken of Freja Loeb. will publish all the portraits of bands later when i figure out what to do with credits/copyright/etc. but in the meantime i think i will take a breather from the blogging and focus only on the photography.
new photos on the portfolio! taken with my plastic olympus point and shoot. it works magic.
thea snapped this of me from yesterday, where you can see my new shirt from AA better. today i’ve been working from 9 in the morning till 2 at night without any breaks except when i had to have something to eat. we’re press photographers for skive festival, which is really amazing and really stressing! have taken portraits of flødeklinikken backstage, and we have access to all the photographers’ pits. cool, huh. i’m running on adrenaline right now which means i’m not very tired. but. there’s another day of photography tomorrow starting at 8.

let me introduce three new basic shirts from AA, bought in amsterdam. love them all. sorry for the awful photos, i’ve got no excuse (..)
two new pairs of sneaks from puma and nike, bought almost half off in amsterdam! i can really recommend if you’re using smaller sizes than UK 5.5, to buy the sneaks in the children’s departments. i did, and i saved a lot! i also bought two awesome posters from the photography museum/magazine FOAM and a whole bunch of stuff from american apparel (as usual).
all you ever wanted, is it getting away

some SLR shots from the trip. nothing special, but they do make me happy!
some lousy iPhone-shots. hurray.
- tiredsome gurls
- museum in rotterdam
- we saw a heron on a car at three in the morning. disturbing!
- please notice august on the left
- funny way to spell my name
- me outside my new favourite bar
hey guys, sorry for the absence! came home this morning from such a brilliant trip to amsterdam. we didn’t visit any of the touristy places (i ended up going to the van gogh museum by myself one morning while the others were sleeping), but went to photo galleries and photo museums, went shopping in vintage stores, enjoyed the amazing weather and went out partying every night. have loads of pictures to show you, but i took most of them with my analogue camera so you’ll have to wait a couple of days for those ones.
we did this assignment about sex and nature this week. my group is still not done, but this is the first shot. today i’ve been playing badminton on incredibly lousy rackets with aske, been out roller blading and pretty much nothing else. one more day and then we’re going to amsterdam! cannot wait.
